Yes. Abbie has undergone training with industry leading educators & brands. We are fully insured & hygiene is of upmost importance. You're truly in safe hands.

WHAT IF I'M VERY PARTICULAR ABOUT MY BROWS?

If you're particular about your brows then don't worry - so are we! We'll discuss your brow options with you before treatment & will always ask if you'd like any adjustments made after treatment. Hair removal is very minimal - we like to work with what you have & only remove what isn't required for the shape you desire. Tint wise, we can always adjust the colour at the end of the treatment if required.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

You may pay either by cash or bank transfer before leaving the appointment. 

HOW DO I BOOK IN WITH YOU? WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

You can contact us via Instagram or the website. For the quickest response time please use Instagram, however, all messages aim to be responded to within 24 hours. 

We ask for as much notice as possible if you wish to change or cancel your appointment. Any cancellations within 72 hours of your appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. Any cancellations made within 24 hours (including 'no shows') will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of the service booked. By booking in, you are agreeing to this policy, thank you for your understanding.
